Abstract
Background. The study of the utopia of pananarchism and anarchism-universalism is of interest for the study of avant-garde culture. The works of the founders of this trend in anarchism have been inaccessible for a long time, and therefore insufficiently examined. Modern publications and possibility of studying archival sources enable exploring one of the little-studied projects, which actualizes the focus of this article. The aim is to identify the basic principles of the pananarchist project and to evaluate them. Materials and methods. The materials are the works of the Gordin brothers published in the 21st century and the lifetime works of the philosophers. A philosophical and methodological analysis of the works of Russian authors in the field of social philosophy is carried out. The materials are analyzed by using the phenomenological approach and descriptive method. Results. The main provisions of the pananarchist utopia and examples of the practical implementation of the project undertaken by Wolf and Abba Gordin are considered. A comparison is made with the concept of classical anarchism in Russian philosophy. The planetary scale of this concept is determined, which is generally characteristic of the historical period, when it was created. The author identifies five main elements, which utopia builds on. The special role of technology and invention in the project, which the brothers consider the crucially important, is revealed. Conclusions. The study of utopian projects enables revealing their features and peculiarities, defining the role of utopia in society and reasons for their existence. The results of the study can be used in the development of academic disciplines, lectures and seminars on Russian philosophy of the Silver Age and the culture of avant-garde.
